Who doesn’t love tea? Especially tea in lovely cups poured by tidy waitstaff and accompanied by  lovely little tasty tidbits – this would be tea at Maze by Gordon Ramsay. (As opposed to tea at my house, which is more like squeezing the last drop of life out of yesterday’s leftover teabag  accompanied by whatever is left in the bottom of the chip bag, all of it scarfed back at 4pm as a desperate attempt to make it through the day.)

Now, Ramsay himself won’t be pouring the tea. For $20, what did you expect? But the lovely food is prepared by Pastry Chef Ron Paprocki and PR people promise your tea will be enjoyed while you are “immersed in a chic and sophisticated atmosphere.”
