Tea and Lemonade Cooler with Gingerale

Tea and lemonade cooler is a refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It eases stress by taking the guess work out of cooling off… should you drink iced tea? Should you drink lemonade? Hey, drink Tea and Lemon Cooler and don’t worry about it! This drink even has gingerale in it to give it a fizzy kick. Yum!

Tea and Lemon Cooler Recipe

Makes 8 cups

Ingredients:

  • 4 tea bags
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large 32 oz bottle of ginger-ale, chilled
  • One 12 oz can of frozen lemonade, thawed

Directions:

  1. Steep tea bags in 6 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes or longer. Remove the tea bags and add sugar, stirring until it is dissolved. Add the frozen lemonade and chill.
  2. Add the ginger ale just before serving. Pour drink over ice or serve as a punch.

Recipe can easily be doubled for larger gatherings.
